And the spark plug caps? ROTAX issued a bulletin for checking the required pulling force on the caps.

Another one:

No large cracks or loose joints (springs) in the exhaust system such that there is reduced integrity picking up the harmonics?

Millau viaduc (France) today 18 celsius degrees, 1 hour flight so engine properly warm up and 90% less vibration when starting again after a 20 minutes stop.
40 min flight back to another place warm and again better 3200-3600 rpm range with little but definitely LESS vibration

Electronic ignition modules related ?

I still need to try to run the TLR software to check the timing opening of the waste gate
