The weather has been so bad here in the UK that I haven't been able to get the plane out to do any more investigation. The forecast is not good for the following week either so it may be some time before I get a chance to get to the bottom of this problem. I am planning to exchange some parts from the working carbs with mine to identify where the fault lies.
I'll keep you all posted with my findings.

Did you checked also rubbers on throttle shaft? You have to be carefull with screws.
Btw. During last inspection I found funny stuff in carb.
It's fiberglass form firesleeve, that's why always after manipulating with fuel lines it's good to rinse fuel lines..IMG_3576.JPG (You do not have access to download this file.)
