As far as Decalin, I know a hundred guys that use it and have been for years in the Rotax and they have never had any issues. TCP has some harsher chemicals and you're not supposed to carry it in the cockpit and I would make sure you wipe it off your paint. Decalin won't hurt anything and does the same thing as TCP. They are both lead scavengers. Decalin is just as recommended as TCP and as a matter of fact Rotax says they haven't tested either one, but neither show any detrimental effect.
