First Start Check List?

In the FAQ on 4 Strokes, under First Start, it say to be sure to follow the "First Start Check List". I did a search for this list and can't find it. Any help?

I have a copy of that ancient document, it was made many years ago and was probably dumped at some server change.
Can Admin update and restore it?
Here is a copy that I have. I am sure it needs some updating.
