in 912 / 914 Technical Questions

I replaced the magnetic plug on my 912 uls today. It was the Torx style and had been stripped. I used a Vermont American #4 extractor, seating it with a 12 point 3/8 inch socket and extension. The engine had been warmed up in preparation for an oil change and I used a shot of contact cleaner on the plug to cool it down. It took a fair amount of torque to break it loose and I have replaced it with a new 16mm hex head magnetic plug.
