Oil Pressure Sender leaking

I have just noted a small amount of oil arround the Oil Pressure Sender.Any thoughts?

My hunch is the Sender is leaking.Any do's and don'ts would be appreciated

The only place it should be able to leak is around the threads. Make sure you check it for tightness which is 80 in/lbs, but don't try to tighten it too far because it is a tapered thread and trying to screw it in all the way will crack the oil pump housing.

Just a note**
Make sure the oil isn't coming from above the sender and leaking out the bottom of the gearbox.
