30 grams is only 1.05 ounces. That isn't enough weight difference between pumps to worry about. Buy which ever pump will meets your individual needs.

The difference in weight between the both pumps can be as much as 40 grams without the fittings/nippels, which means that there is a difference of 10% and that is not small . That tells me that this is two different types of pumps although they have the same name and look alike.

But on the other side it could also be that the dealer has typed the weights wrongly, and that they indeed are the same types.

Something fishy is going on with this new Corona fuel pump as i have read. Could be best to stay with my AC pump 3 years more and wait until we get more information.

I have used my AC pump 2 years and have 3 years left before i have to replace it. And the shift to the new Corona pump is not Mandatory but only Recomendid.
