yes, your picture is correct.
You should take a compression check every annual inspection or 200hrs.

Ok, turner made special drill for 60 deg and tomorrow I'll have. For Polish reality 100EUR is very expensive (especially if I'm not a service and have no possibility to earn money on it).
I can build this stuff for ~25EUR clocks and miscellaneous parts + 15-20EUR for turner.

Where do you fly from, Zegrze Pomorskie?
I am building a Bristell NG5 and will be making test flights from there next month.

Hi Michael, I think we met a few weeks ago here.
I think my problem was caused by poor gauge. It's good to make differential test at least.
If we can to play with your tool it will be interesting for me. I made own differential tester but I have to compare it with trusted one.

I did direct compression test on Rotax 914. Following results.after 50 c hot run . Engine calenders life 12 years completed. Hours 120 hrs total.
Cylinder 1. 80 Psi
Cylinder 3. 105 PSI
Cylinder 2. 85 PSI
Cylinder 4 105 PSI.
Kindly guide for engine status?
