Lockwood confirmed a leak (using a pressure test in a bucket of water) between the coolant passage and the exhaust port. One of the local FBOs that services LSAs said they have seen this twice with 912ULS's. Not happy paying more than the cost of a new head for a rebuilt used one -- until I realized that a new head doesn't come with valves, rockers, pushrod tubes etc.

Who did you deal with at Lockwood for the head work?
(thinking about having them do some 912 component work )

Kerry is the chief there, he gave me the original suggestions, Aaron is the service manager and followed up after the repair.
