Non linear throttle

Hi. I have problem in my 912. When I'm starting and adding throttle engine rpm's grows until 50% of throttle. After it's drop's down a little bit (engine work's rough and then (after add more throttle) it's coming back up to 5000RPM.

What can be cause of this kind of non-linear work?

A throttle cable hanging up slightly is my first guess or a carb issue. Maybe a sticky piston in the carb? Watch the cable and throttle arm movement from the outside with the engine off. If you see nothing then hook up a set of vacuum gauges and run it up and see what you get.

Throttle arm look's good. I have to replace rubbers and carb membranes. I'll see after maintanance.

sounds like it is too lean. try moving the needle clips down to the 3rd notch.

I'm not so good. I'm planning to get mechanic for regulation. Before this I'll make rubbers replacement including new membranes :)
