my engine is a 6.779.588 912ULS. When was it manufactured ? Any issues for this year ?

6779588 was produced 16/01/2012.

Have you checked the logbook to see that all bulletins have been complied with?

If you visit the page http://www.rotax-owner.com/en/support-topmenu/service-bulletins

and choose "Search by Engine Model" and then select a date range, it will spit you out a list with links to all applicable bulletins.
