Good documentation should always be a must. If they have been complied with you should log them in the logbook. I advise all my clients to list in the back page of the log book all the SB's since they have owned their engine. Then next to the entry write if it applies or not and if it does what date it was completed.
It should be under the regular logbook entry for the procedure and or how it was accomplished.
Poor documentation of these may cost you more money as the next A&P will have to research them which takes time and he will charge for that time. Poor documentation usually will cost you re-sale money too because no one will have a clue as to what was done and it may show a lack of maint and care.
