Tony: Thanks for the suggestion and pictures. I changed these tubes during my 500 hr rubber goods change, but I will change them again since it takes a small amount of time and I have extra tubing. So far, nothing has helped so perhaps this is it.
I'm having the same problem on a tacnam Bravo. Pretty bad vibration at around 4000 rpm. Carbs are good. It has a Sensenich g/a prop. It is the last resort. I'm pulling the prop and putting the wood on back on. I just keep reading these props are having more trouble.
I use and sell a number of Sensenich props and have had no problem. Flight Design is using them along with other Light Sport aircraft Mfg's. if the blades track and the pitch is equal and you have done a dynamicbalance on the prop then it isn't the prop and it is your engine. It could be a few things. It could be the rubber engine isolators, engine mount bolt torque, bad carb setup, poor gearbox shimming.

Roger: My vibration issue has been resolved, and was due to the gearbox. I installed new disc springs and re-shimmed the gearbox. The vibration at 3000 rpm is gone. I wanted to be sure I posted the resolution to my problem. My thanks to everyone for their help.
