The choke on my Bing 64 carb will not open all the way when I move the lever to off causing the engine to idle faster. I checked the cables travel and adjustment, replaced the return spring. Should the shaft for the choke be hard to turn using my fingers or easy with little resistance? The cable won't push the choke all the way. It just flexes a little. I have duel carbs and they both do the same thing. At full throttle the vibration of the engine allows the choke to open all the way. I would appreciate any suggestion to resolve the issue.
Thanks
