I changed the spring and ball, but again the gauge wents to 90 PSI while making a test on the ground, after turn off and start the engine again, pressure back to normal. As I told before, I don't have a new screw yet.

Hello friends, new screw installed, problem solved. Pressure goes up to 75 PSI while cold, and come to 60 PSI or less within few seconds.
