4082051 is not found in the factory database... typo??

Wow, not clear for sure!
It's 4082xxx but I have tried various possibilities and they are all coming up blank. The engine logbook is not available?

managed to get a better pic
but no doc came with the engine
was told it was out of a 90's skidoo from canada bought to run in my hovpod hover craft couple of weeks before i got the craft
but having a few problems getting it to run. Can get it to start but rough idle and any movement on the throttle causes it to cut out or back fire then cut out
