Fuel filter where do you get them

Motorcycle shop most likely and some automotive stores. Just shop around some you'll find one. Even Amazon.com

Bob Robertson at Light Engine Services in Salmon Arm BC can supply them. 

So far I haven't found any that are 150 micron. Does anyone have a brand or part number

I believe that 150 micron would be the "maximum" porosity to use, but it would be perfectly acceptable to use finer mesh filters.  Aircraft Spruce has several listed that use stainless steel mesh with under 150 micron filtration.  Most of them are under $20.  Just be sure the "flow rate" is adequate for your engine.  

I'm wondering if a finer mesh might hinder fuel flow. The video seems to suggest that maybe the case or I'm reading too much into it
