in flight V.P. propeller

I understand that 2 stroke engines are very sensitive to the correct propeller pitch and are intolerant to being driven by airspeed, but with the availability of IFVP propellers and even constant speed controllers, why are they not used on 2 stokes?
Or has anyone tried it ?

You can not change the pitch, or change the load without changing the carb jetting. The jetting charts are not applicable if the engine is not operated at the correct rpm.
