Rotax 582 when built

I just bought a Rotax 582 for my Quicksilver plane. The owner stated it is new with zero hours. Serial # is 6140540. Are you able to tell me when it was built?

Original Factory Configuration:
with oil pump
with rewind starter
with 2 Bing-carburetors 887833
water outlet socket bent

If it really has zero hours of running time, you will need to check the log book for entries showing that it was properly stored. See Sections 8.1 thru 8.1.3 of the current edition 582 operator's manual - https://www.rotax-owner.com/en/support-topmenu/engine-manuals
