582 full throttle problem

Glad to hear you're able to use full power now! :) Is your engine a model 90? If so, what gear box and reduction ratio you are running, and also what type and size of IVO prop are you running? I have a Model 90 with a "B" Box 2.58:1 and like the IVO props and wondering which would best fit my engine/box combination. I think I had seen somewhere not to exceed 63" diameter when running 3 blades with a "B" gear box. Spoke about inertia and poor idle.

Rotax has set a limit for how much inertial mass is allowable on the B, C & E Gearboxes. On the A/B-box they want propellers with no more than 3,000 kg/cm2.
