582 Muffler

I have a brand new silencer for 582.
This same silencer physically fits a 618.
Can I install it to the 618 or is there back pressure considerations to worry about?

The exhaust on a two stroke is a tuned exhaust designed to scavenge the exhaust from the combustion chamber. The 618 pipe is a different part number than the 582. If you do swap the components there will probably be a performance loss. Be prepared to make some jetting corrections.
