rotax 582 coolant tank

i have airborne with rotax 582
with no over flow tank.
after every flight we have big amount of coolant loss via overflow pipe .
i need to put aprox. 200 to 500ml of coolant after every 15 min flight.

what should i do?
please suggest me

    What is the highest coolant temperature you see during a flight?
    What is the pressure rating of the cap on the expansion tank?

    Every time you add coolant you are adding dissolved air that will bubble off as the coolant heats up.
    The coolant system "Burps" into the overflow bottle as it heats up and draws the fluid back in as it cools.
    The overflow bottle is not an option.

    Thank you !
    Highest temperature is 77, 78°c
    But after first flight keep increasing in second flight.
    And I was not using over flow tank before, can I use it now?
    Pressure rating of radiator cap is 0.9
    We tried changing thermostat, pump is also working .and we tried changing cap too with same rating ! What will you suggest should I put overflow tank or something else??
    And what if coolant in overflow tank keep increasing more than tank capacity ?
    Please suggest me. Thanks

    The 582 cooling system uses an external expansion tank to accommodate the thermal expansion of the coolant fluid. It requires a capacity no less than 500 ml.

    If you need a bigger bottle, use a bigger bottle.

    Have you reviewed the 582 Engine Installation Manual?

    77-78°C is awfully close to the Maximum Allowable Temperature of 80°C.
    With 80°C coolant, the cylinder head is approaching 150°C.

    Chapter 75-00-00 "Cooling System" describes 4 different installations.
    Spark-Plugs Up or Down? Radiator Above Or below the engine.
    The small "Cylinder Head Vent Hose" attaches to the engine at different places depending on the installation.
    If you have a trapped air pocket within the engine you could be boiling coolant in the hot spot despite the radiator being in the 70°s.
    The devil is in the details!
