OILS...what if?

im sure this has been asked more than a few times, however I want to be able to make sure.

Rotax 582 oil injection.
motor had at least 300+ hours on it.
and was using :


there was maybe 1 to 1 1/2 pints in the oil tank

then you add:



what is likely the result?

    I have read many articles written on this topic and none suggest or advocate mixing oils with different formulations.2-cycle engine oils produced by different companies are seldom exactly the same. Also, Rotax has been very adamant regarding the use of "outboard" 2-cycle oil in their 582 and 503 units. Lockwood Aviation conducted extension field tests with 582s using various oils several years ago and the results were interesting. I would never mix two different oil products in my 582.

    Don't use a TCW oil and best not to mix.
