Identification 582 model 99 or 90?

Hi,
Could anybody give some advise about how identify the year model of my 582?
Naturally, I have the serial number of this engine but I am not sure if the blue head is a real or somebody just painted.

Hi there

The blue head 582 has a 25mm water by pass hose from cylinder head to water pump on mag end of motor and have a plastic recoil starter .

Good luck They both can be trouble If no looked after or rebuilt right
