75W or 85W is the Cold (W)inter Oil Rating. 140 is the Hot Oil Rating. (212°F, 100°C)
The Winter rating specifies the Viscosity of the Oil at 0°F (-18°C)
I am guessing that it never Snows or even come close to Freezing (0°C) in Saudi Arabia so the difference between 75 and 85 will not be an issue.
Even so, 75W would generally be considered "Better" than 85W.
