Have you considered checking the open throttle RPM and prop pitch as Roger and Bill have suggested? I'm having an overheat problem with my 582, and I can only get 6200RPM maximum from it. Going to check the prop pitch this weekend. That's why I'm interested in knowing if you have checked this out.

Yes, I adjusted to 6400 RPM with open throttle. But with 6200 RPM it happens too. If I reduce my cruise to 5100 RPM the temp reduce to 75°C.
I'm not using desmineralized water and it could be a problem too.
Know I will buy a new EGTs, change the water and change the radiator.
